Commercial Real Estate

Commercial real estate practice includes the purchase and sale of real estate, leasing and commercial lending, including asset based lending, lines of credit and construction lending, for both lenders and borrowers.

• Lender’s counsel for multi-million dollar construction and term project finance transactions for land fill gas energy facilities, a landfill gas pipeline facility and a wood energy plant
• Counsel to an insurance company for a multi-million dollar sale-leaseback finance transaction for its campus
